On 11/17/15, Thomas Huster, an attorney in San Francisco, cited the work Emmah performed at court on November 13, 2015:
Presented expert testimony on issues of geriatric care management on behalf of life beneficiary, E. Salz, before the San Francisco Probate Court (Judge Andrew Cheng, presiding) in the case: In re: P. A. Salz Living Trust, First Republic Trust Company, Case No.: PTR-15-298524, Thomas Huster, Attorney for E. Salz, life beneficiary.
From Carol A., Baltimore and Judi H., Scottsdale:
Emmah worked with us for almost 4 years—until 2017—as she oversaw and coordinated care for our cousin who had suffered from Asperger’s and obsessive/compulsive disorder. He ultimately died from complications of Parkinson’s which he had battled for about 10 years. We had engaged a care manager in 2005 when it became apparent that our cousin needed supervision and neither my sister nor I were local and we needed someone to act for us.
From experience with two previous care managers, we were lucky when we engaged Emmah!
She proved to be extremely caring, empathic, vigilant and on top of things. Our cousin’s difficult personality did not throw her and she went with his “flow”. We appreciated her ability to coordinate our cousin’s care and caregivers and to keep us in the loop of developments, changes and information. Some of her help included:
– Sitting in for doctors’ visits when necessary
– Providing referrals to a family practice physician and dental care
– Providing referrals for volunteer companions to visit
– Shopping for items of need including supplemental food and clothing
We are so grateful for her attention and care and heart and patience!

I can’t thank you enough for all the help you have given my mother and our family. You have been a bulwark. If you ever need to give future clients references, [we] would be more than happy to tell people how satisfied we have been. You have been both professional and caring, a difficult combination to achieve.
