- Time is billed in tenths of an hour (six minute increments)
- Travel time is billed in one direction
- Probate Administration – Compensation to the Professional Fiduciary as the Personal Representative is authorized under Probate Code 10800
- Professional Fiduciary services include:
- Trustee – Administers a Special Needs or Living Trust as set forth in legally binding estate planning documents
- Attorney-in-fact – Acts on someone’s behalf as set forth in a legally executed Power of Attorney document
- Healthcare Agent – Assists with healthcare decisions for someone as set forth in a legally executed Advance Health Care Directive
- Reimbursement for fees paid to third parties for specialized services such as real estate brokers, attorneys, collection agents, accountants, tax preparation and real estate management will be paid directly from the estate.
